FROM THE GRIT COMES A GARDEN

For a desert covered in concrete, Los Angeles has some fertile soil. And if you dig lower than dirt, you reach loam. Where the good stuff sprouts.

LOAM is an all-day restaurant that lives at the foundation of Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles. The menu is full of plant-forward food rooted in quality: leafy greens, nutrient-rich ingredients, well-made —  like gospel from the ground. It’s a place to come together and to eat well without being weird about it.
